This cereal is a part of my everyday breakfast. I mix it in with my oatmeal. Nutty flavor and full of good nutrients.

Its good for bran, slightly sweet. I usually eat half a serving of bran and half a serving of another cereal.
My husband teases me because it kinda looks like hamster pellets. :)

13 grams of fiber and tastes good too! I was pleasantly surprised at how good this cereal tasted and how light it seemed. Great with blueberries and almond milk.

I try a lot of high fiber / low sugar cereals, and this one is the best yet. It has a mild, slightly sweet flavor, and you cannot tell there's 13g of fiber per serving. Also...I find it really fills me up, which is unusual for cold cereals. Good sprinkled on yogurt as well.

Smart Bran by Nature's Path delivers 51% of the RDA for fiber--what a great jump-start to your day! I would not eat this cereal, even with the fiber advantage, if it didn't taste so good---in fact, I would eat it even if it didn't have 13 grams of fiber per serving.
