 Fast Service! Item just as described! June 22, 2009
The item I ordered (a Linksys Wireless Adapter) was at my front door in no time! I couldn't believe it! It was described as an item in great shape- and that's how it was. It was packaged in its original box with all of the original hardware and support material. I can't say how nice it is to be able to order something that is really needed and have it arrive promptly... and the money saved is fantastic!
 Does not improve range June 13, 2009
While this may be good for something, I was looking for extended range for piggybacking hot spots. This is no better, actually worse than, my internal antenae on the laptop.

I was able to get a very favorable connection from house to garage, which are about 120 feet apart. Installation took about 3 minutes using the enclosed CD. Great way to extend your network without running wires!
Great Networking adapter! Easy to setup! April 10, 2009
I just got the adapter today and installed the software first (per instructions) then proceeded to set it up to connect to my wireless network. It worked flawlessly and had no problem connecting to my network which does NOT broadcast the SSID. It worked so much better than the "flashdrive" sized unit I had tried previously from Amazon. I guess it helps to use the same brand components in your wireless network system as my wireless router is also a Linksys Wireless G system. Great product!
