i got so many points for buying my guy this CD April 28, 2009 I haven't listened to it but he loves it..... which is why he asked for it. Service wise, i got it within a week of ordering so 5 starts from me.
Tokyo Blue Najee April 20, 2009 I was so pleased with this order. I have been looking for this cd for 8 years (I used to own it years ago). I'm very happy. It brings back memories. This is special for me. I'm a very nostalgic person. I woul definitely buy from this seller again.
Nice work December 11, 2008 Tokyo Blue is Najee's 3rd CD. Not as good as his first record, but better than the second (not saying the 2nd album is bad by any means), this album has a lot to recommend it. I'm especially partial to the title track and 'Buenos Aires', but that's just my personal opinion. Only at Night is a forgettable track, but not so bad that I would strive to avoid hearing it, and I didnt really care for Nation's Call either. I like actual full-length songs on a CD. Still, these are only minor flaws, and you're in a good time once this CD is in your player.

I slept on this one, a good album first heard it in 90 in Germany, my cousin had it.I'd love it at nine years old, and love it at 22 years old. Tighest cut "Only At Night"

From Freddie Jackson's vocals on "(Superwoman) Where Were You When I Needed You" to Vesta's lush tones on "I'll Be Good To You" and with Najee's skillful sax and flute throughout, "Tokyo Blue" is an outstanding CD. Najee continues to prove to be a force in the Smooth Jazz genre. This is one of my all-time favorite CDs (I have most of Najee's discography) and I promise you that it will be one of yours, too. Try it ... it'll be like an old friend.
